Before any payment, buyer is entering into a legally binding contract of sale both implicitly and expressly to purchase the specified animal after signing. A 50% holding deposit is made according to the purchase price of the animal and price is based off conformation to the breed standard, temperament, demand and scarcity. The rest of the50%of the purchase price of the kitten will be paid once the kitten is delivery to your home.
